| "Look for it with your dogs under calm oaks or ancient elms, around the solemn willows or the spread robinia: when you see it emerging from the ground with all its majesty, you will but surrender to it". The trifula (truffle), the trifulau (truffle searcher), the tabui (truffle dog): three essential elements of the truffle world, that gathers around this mushroom atmospheres, legends, fantasies. To protect this world the Society of the "Trifulau" of the Albese, Roero, Langhe and Monferrato and the Society of the "Trifulau" and truffle trees owners have joined in the Union of Piedmontese "trifulau" societies. |
