The wine regulations regarding Langhe Bianco impose that it offers the following characteristics when it is released for marketing:
Colour
Fairly intense straw yellow.
Bouquet
Delicate, fine and intense.
Flavour
Delicate and harmonious.
Minimum total alcoholic content by volume: 10,5%
Minimum total acidity: 4,5‰
Sugarfree extracts: 15 g/litre.
